Gay Jarvis

Gay Jarvis is the Property Maintenance Manager for Anthem Equity Group, Inc.  She is responsible for overseeing all maintenance projects, large or small, for the portfolio.  This includes such items as bidding and managing parking lot renovations, roof coating and maintenance, painting, landscape projects, and tenant maintenance requests.

In her 19 years with Anthem, Ms. Jarvis has built integral relationships with a diverse group of vendors which has led to Anthem being praised in the real estate community for their timely service and well kept properties.

Ms. Jarvis holds a B.A. in Business with a minor in Computer Information Systems from National University, San Diego, CA.  She currently serves as President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Tucson.  She was chosen as BOMA’s Principal Member of the Year in 2010.  As a board member and treasurer of the Foothills Business Park owner’s association, she represents the interests of the Matrixx Business Center, an Anthem property.

Ms. Jarvis is married to a computer engineer.  They enjoy traveling and have visited 25 countries so far in their journeys.
